LON HENDERSON
Certified Master Inspector®
Lon Henderson is a Certified Master Inspector® and has been a home and commercial property inspector since 1998. He was an instructor for Kaplan University and is a past chapter president of NAHI. Lon holds a B.S. in Entomology and was the Belize Government Entomologist for two years. His background in construction includes custom homes and light commercial buildings, and remodels, additions, basement finishes, and burn-out rehabs, including 16 "fix-n-flips." Lon became a real estate agent in 1986 before starting his home inspection business. His specialty is HVAC training for home inspectors.

JIM KRUMM
Certified Master Inspector®
James Krumm is a Certified Master Inspector® and has been an InterNACHI® Colorado Chapter office and volunteer since 2008. The owner-operator of Best Home Inspections, he has more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry, and is an electronics specialist. He holds certifications from the AARST-NRPP in radon testing, and is a certified well inspector and water sampler. In addition to his more than 1,700 hours of training and Continuing Education, Jim holds a two-year degree from the Dunwoody College of Technology.

Britt Treece is a Certified Master Inspector® and has written more than 100 property condition assessments, walked over 6.5 million square feet of commercial property, and documented over $31 million in immediate and capital reserve costs. He owns and operates WBTreece Consultants, a commercial property inspection firm located in Raleigh, North Carolina, as well as Five Senses Inspector Training. Britt is also a member of CCPIA, the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association.

ROB CLAUS
CCPIA Director & Instructor
Rob Claus is an Illinois-licensed home inspector and has been a professional inspector since 1988. He’s personally inspected more than 15,000 properties. Rob has held numerous industry-elected positions and has taught for some of the leading inspection education providers in the country, and has been a frequent presenter at national inspection conferences. In 2022, Rob assumed the role of Director of Education for CCPIA, the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association, helping create in-person classes and online courses.

RAY KLINE
Certified Master Inspector®
Certified Master Inspector® Ray Kline is based in Loveland, Colorado. He has worked as an electrician since 1973, obtaining his Master Electrician’s license in 1990. He operated his own electrical contracting firm and worked for various municipalities throughout his previous career, supervising ten crews at one point. Ray opened All Phase Inspections in 2011 and has performed more than 3,000 residential and commercial inspections to date. Ray is our lead instructor at the InterNACHI® School.

BILL FABIAN
Monroe Infrared
Monroe Infrared Vice President Bill Fabian has been providing infrared training, infrared inspection services, and infrared cameras to home inspectors and energy and maintenance professionals since 1986. He designs and teaches specialized infrared training courses to diverse audiences across the country. In 2013, Bill developed the Certified Residential Thermography (CRT) certification program specifically for home inspectors. The class is now recognized by almost every home inspection organization in the U.S. He teaches Level I Certification classes through the Infrared Training Center.

John Gillam is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and New Mexico, and has been a real estate educator for 14 years. He is also a private estate fiduciary, as well as a supervising broker for EXIT Realty Home & Ranch.

Jerry Isenhour is a recognized expert in the field of chimney sweep service, chimney repair service, solid fuel installations, industry standards of care, and other facets of chimney products and services, including hearth product retail sales and installation. Jerry serves as the lead coach for CVC Success Group and is the lead consultant for Chimney & Venting Consultants, which are divisions of CVC Coaching Inc., which he owns. Certified Master Inspector® Ron Huffman, P.E., M.B.A., founded Huffman Inspections, Inc., in Colorado in 1989. He has performed more than 10,000 property inspections on residential and commercial properties in Colorado and Wyoming. He founded ESEC-Exteriors & Stucco Evaluation Consultants, Inc., in 1999, specializing in EIFS and stucco inspections and moisture intrusion analysis. Ron has over 45 years of experience in residential and commercial design, construction and inspection, and is author of the Stucco Identification Field Guide.

Dillon Winiecki is a certified commercial property inspector, Arizona-licensed home inspector, and InterNACHI® Training Partner. He owns Inspection Career Training Academy and Arizona Commercial Property Inspections, as well as the multi-inspector firm Protect Property Inspections. He was named the 2021 “Home Inspector of the Year” by the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. Since 2012, Dillon has also been a firefighter-EMT and a hazardous materials technician.

GLENN MATTHEWSON

Glenn Mathewson started his construction career in 1996 and soon after started marketing custom decks to homeowners under Mathewson Carpentry. In 2005, he became a building, plumbing, and mechanical inspector for the City of Westminster, Colorado, and later earned his Master Code Professional Certification. He then taught his first “Building Codes for Building Decks” class according to the 2006 IRC for the Deck Superstore at their contractor expo nearly every year since. The trade journal The Professional Deck Builder began publishing his articles about decks and safety glazing codes. He has written more than 70 articles for that journal and its parent, The Journal of Light Construction. Glenn also teaches live and online classes for ICC chapters and trade shows across the country.

Certified Master Inspector® Thomas Valosin is the owner of ASKUS Consulting Services, LLC, located in Middleburgh, New York. He’s been a full-time licensed home inspector for nearly 20 years, with more than 12 years’ experience as a NYS-approved instructor, having authored 46 hours of state-accredited Continuing Education courses. He has founded and served as president of the NY Capital Region Chapter of InterNACHI®. Joseph W. Denneler, Esq., is General Counsel and Chief Claims and Risk Management Officer for Elite MGA, LLC, and its captive insurer, Elite Re, Ltd., the first property and casualty insurance company built specifically to insure professional home inspectors. Joe oversees third-party administrators and the claims team for Elite and reviews every InterNACHI® home inspector’s claim submitted to Elite. Prior to joining Elite, he was a litigation attorney practicing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for more than 20 years, working on behalf of insureds for multiple insurance carriers and also on behalf of insurers. Joe developed a niche practice representing home inspectors and other real estate professionals. He is intimately familiar with home inspection standards of practice, the evaluation of liability and potential damages in claims against inspectors, litigation budgeting, setting reserves, and claims resolution. Florida-licensed home inspector and mold remediator Juan Garcia is a Certified Master Inspector® and owner of the multi-inspector firm Same Day Inspection, along with a residential construction company that did over $1 million of business in its first year of operation. Juan has worked in some aspect of the homebuilding and real estate industries since 2002, following his eight-year service in the U.S. Army.

InterNACHI® member Mike Hesterberg is a Certified ASHI inspector and has been inspecting for 28 years, with over 10,000 inspections to his credit. He has advanced certifications in commercial building inspections, new construction inspections, and EIFS and adhered stone veneer cladding inspections. Mike is also a Certified Mold Inspector and Assessor, offering indoor air quality assessments and testing, as well as thermal imaging as a Level II Thermographer. Mike sits on the board of directors of the Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Association and is a founding member and current president of the Ohio Real Estate Inspectors Association. He also sat on the Joint Legislative Committee during the writing and implementation of the State of Ohio Home Inspector Law that went into effect in July 2019. He is also an instructor for the National Home Inspector Exam prep course presented by Hondros College in Ohio. KEVIN HESTERBERG
The Drone Hangar LLC
Kevin is an expert in flight dynamics and the technical construction of aircraft. He was trained in the U. S. Air Force as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining multiple F15c aircraft, and he served as a Crew Chief on an F-15 fighter wing in multiple missions and operations. Kevin has worked in his father’s home inspection business for the past 14 years and manages the company’s radon business. He is a Certified Residential Thermographer, Level 1 Thermographer, and a Level 1 SUAS Thermographer. After obtaining his FAA Part 107 drone pilot’s license and becoming a certified drone repair technician, Kevin and his father started The Drone Hangar. They have performed more than 1,000 roof inspections on both residential and commercial buildings, and they also have a repair facility for drones, as well as an online drone store. The company now has 10 drones in its fleet, which includes the Matrice 300 RTK commercial drone. Kevin also serves as a drone instructor and speaker at events around the country.

InterNACHI® member and Certified Master Inspector® Larry Frace is owner of LCF Inspections, a full-service inspection company specializing in Pennsylvania building codes and all aspects of inspecting, as well as various environmental testing services. Larry has been in the inspection industry for nearly 40 years and holds a two-year degree in Electrical Construction and Electrical Technology. He is INPO-certified and previously developed and taught courses in electrical and plant maintenance for the nuclear power industry.
