There are no physical tickets. InterNACHI® has all registrants in our system. You’ll find our registration booth at the event where an InterNACHI staff member will walk you through the check in process. You only need to visit the registration booth once.
  • Are meals included with the ticket?
There will be lunch and beverages provided to all attendees during the event. Outside food and beverage is not permitted at the venue.
  • Is there an additional cost for the opening reception?
Opening reception is free to all convention registrants. There will not be an additional cost for 2023.
  • Is InterNACHI® using an app for the event this year?
Yes, InterNACHI® is using Expopass. An email will be sent to all convention attendees with instructions on how to access the app a few days prior to the event.
  • How do I get entered to win a raffle prize?
InterNACHI® will hand out scavenger hunt sheets at the registration table. In order to be entered to win a prize, you must visit each vendor booth for a stamp. Once your sheet has been fully stamped, you will receive a raffle ticket to be entered into the raffle.
  • Do I have to be a home inspector to attend?
The convention is open to everyone.
  • Do I have to attend the entire workshop to obtain continuing education credits?
Yes. Participants may be slightly late, but anyone who is more than 10 minutes late to a workshop will not receive InterNACHI® or state credits.
  • Can I pre-register for classes?
There is no pre-registration, workshops are first come, first serve.
  • Will I get a certificate of completion for attending convention workshops?
Yes. You'll be able to download a certificate of completion on your InterNACHI® dashboard 5-7 days after the convention.
  • Will my credits be added to my InterNACHI® continuing education transcript?
Yes. If you are a Certified Professional Inspector® (CPI) and require credits to maintain your certification, workshop credits will be automatically added to your InterNACHI® dashboard 5-7 days after the convention.
  • How do I get continuing education credits for the workshops?
For any workshops listed under the tracks on the workshops page, you’ll get scanned in with your badge before each class begins. Look for a staff member at the workshop doors. If applicable, credits will be submitted to state licensing boards within 10 days after the convention.
  • Will workshop credits be submitted to my state?
It depends on each state and their process for submitting continuing education. If you are receiving credit for a state that requires the education provider to submit credits on your behalf, InterNACHI® will send those credits a few days after the convention concludes. Some states require the student to send in a certificate of completion directly to the state board. If you are unsure about the credit submission process in your state(s), please contact the state board responsible for issuing your license directly.
  • How do I know if a workshop is approved in my state?
On the convention workshop schedule (www.nachi.org/convention/schedule) you can view important details such as who the instructor is, the content of the workshop, and if the workshop is approved in your state and if approved, for how many credits. You can also visit our state approval page here: www.nachi.org/convention/state-approvals
